Super tategoi shiro utsuri. I never use the word tategoi to describe a koi, as usually it means another zero on the price, I only use it if the breeders tell me that. In this case you can clearly he the breeder describe this shiro as that. The sumi through already shows the quality of the black, and the underlying sumi shows a superb three dan style of the body. The sumi in the pecks is fairly balanced and strong, and of course the white skin looks good as well. This will come with a breeders certificate.
