Great pattern and tsubo sumi, one to watch ! Slightly small for nisai due to being grown on in the fish house, instead of the mudponds. Cheaper to buy, and cheaper to ship so win win. Gin rin sanke is one of the hardest varieties to breed, i remember Yamamatsu explaining to me, on a visit to his farm, that its hard to get the number of good ones from a spwaning. Looks like Matsue has got round this and is getting plenty of nice ones. This koi was purchased through the No 1s auction, so will come with a breeders certificate.
