A month in the middle of the harvest due to an infected leg that led to Sepsis, and another month-6 weeks after an operation on one of my kidneys that was right at the start of the sales when the weather warmed up, combine this with what has been a more quiet season than usual . This has left us with Sue trying her best to hold the fort, and us as a company with too many unsold koi. So we need to reduce the volume of koi we have here. There are still more new koi being brought into the shop , and still many more that need to have pictures taken . Last week we brought in 80 nisai from Shinoda , amoung bthe varieties are doitsu sanke showa and kohaku , gin rin showa and hi utsuri . These are around 25-40cm and start at £95 . Some are already on the website , some still need to go on .
