This koi has been left in the Mudpond all summer. It went in at 40cm. This is not the sort of koi i would buy, especially to leave in Japan. The sashi and kiwa are no where near as refined as i would normally like. aBut when i saw her on a video, swimming around in the mudpond, i could see she had vastly improved, so purchased her there and then! Nice maruten pattern with tail stop. This could be a very interesting koi, if the beni keeps tightening up. Hoping for near to 60cm in the harvest in a few weeks.
